my friend karleen has a friendly, playful, adorable little orange kitten named topcat living at her house, he was born there and is about 6 or 7 mo . old . everyone loves this cat because he is not skittish, and is SO affectionate .

recently, she's noticed that he's been looking ragged, and discovered someone ripped his claws out and believes someone in her building is abusing this cat . he's been getting alot better, and is overall healthy but cannot stay in this environment, it would simply be cruel to risk it's life, assuming whoever did this will do it again .

if you, or ANYBODY you know would like to help save an amazing kitten, by taking him in, or finding someone who can, please let me know as soon as possible .
